Encryption Engineer / Specialist
The Encryption Engineer is responsible to maintain Encryption systems (head-ends) on different platforms, satellites and support operation daily work and perform encryption systems upgrades, installation and needed configurations.
Missions
- Perform installation and upgrades of the IRDETO, VIACCESS and Key Fly AS systems and other encryption related systems.
- Implement unit Maintenance plans with accepted specifications/results.
- Coordinate with teleport teams and operators to ensure high quality of encryption services.
- Analyze and report system defects and suggest solutions.
- Responsible for implementing Enhancement of existing Encryption.
- Implement Section guidelines in managing Encryption projects throughout project life cycle and participate in Planning, evaluation, Design while more focus on implementation, and rollout.
- Participate in preparing technical documents, manuals and guidelines whenever is required.
- Perform Encryption systems maintenance and provide support for daily operations as assigned.
- Provide needed technical training for call center staff.
- Suggest recommendations for future systems growth and update.

Required qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Broadcast IT, ECE or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Media Broadcast industry or any related work.
