Head of Commercial Sales Team (Morocco)
The Head of Commercial Sales Team is responsible to Develop commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Execute and support team members to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Maintaining and growing relationships with distribution network and ensuring they are aware of channel and programming developments and priorities
- Overseeing commercial sales team
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Administration or any related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience in any similar role
